Division Description 2026

U7 COED 

Ages 5 - 6 (birth year 2020 - 2021) Season: Mid-April thru end of June. Mondays

The U7 program will consist of a half hour skills session and a half hour 3 on 3 half court game. This is our introductory program that focuses on basic skill development and having fun. All play will be in house except for a weekend wrap-up jamboree in June. 

Required equipment: Lacrosse stick, hockey/lacrosse helmet, elbow pads, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill. (Sticks can be loaned if necessary)

Times for this will be on Mondays only, one perhaps two weekend play. 

Cost: $150.00 Registration fee (game pinnie included)

U9 COED

Ages 7 - 8 (birth year 2019 - 2018) Season: Mid-April thru end of June. Mondays and Wednesdays

The U9 age group - Mondays will solely focus on skill and fundamental development through drills and fun games. Wednesdays will be game play within a house league structure. We will look at hosting some games with various clubs, but most games will be in house against teams made within our club. Goalies will also be introduced at this age group. Rules and game play structure will be posted on our website.   

Required equipment: lacrosse stick, hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, shoulder pads, hockey elbow pads or Lacrosse slash guards, jock/jill. 

Practices will be on Monday’s, games on Wednesdays, one or two weekend play.

U11 COED

Ages 9 - 10 (birth year 2017 - 2016) Season: Beginning of April thru end of June.

The U11 age group - This will be the first division with modified contact and full court 5 on 5 play plus a goalie. This will be a full league schedule including playoffs. Play will include scores being kept and assigned officials. 

Equipment required for contact are a lacrosse stick, hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, shoulder pads, kidney pads, arm slash guards, mouthguard.

Games are typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some weekend games. Practices may be scheduled on other days.

Cost: $500.00 Registration Fee.

U13 COED

Ages 11 - 12 (birth year 2015 - 2014) Season: Beginning of April thru mid July.

The U13 age group - This division will be standard Canadian Lacrosse rules that allows contact on the ball carrier and contact on offensive non-ball carriers within a 24’ semi-circle in front of the goal. This will be a full league schedule and includes playoffs.

Equipment required for contact are a lacrosse stick, hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, shoulder pads, kidney pads, arm slash guards.

Games are typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some weekend games. Coaches may schedule practices on other days.

Cost: $550.00 Registration fee.

U15 COED

Ages 13 - 14 (birth year 2013 - 2012) Season: Beginning of April thru mid July.

The U15 age group - This division will be standard Canadian Lacrosse rules that allows full contact. This will be a full league schedule including playoffs.

Equipment required for contact are a lacrosse stick, hockey/lacrosse helmet, hockey/lacrosse gloves, jock/jill, mouth guard, shoulder pads, kidney pads, arm slash guards.

Games are typically on Mondays and Wednesday, with some weekend games. Coaches may schedule practices on other days.

Ages 15 - 16 (birth year 2011 - 2010) Season: Beginning of April thru mid July.
